Tuesday, April 15

New England Tech Open House: Check out that school on Division Road. From 3 to 7 p.m.

School Committee meeting: On the agenda (which you can read here) is approval of a charge for an ad hoc committee to study the feasibility of all-day kindergarten.

Wednesday, April 16

EGHS PTG meeting: The PTG will meet Wednesday morning at 9:30. Principal Podraza and Vice Principal Chace will be discussing the prom.

Thursday, April 17

Citizens Who Care meeting: The Thursday CWC meeting takes place in the Guidance Department at EGHS. We will be discussing the recent drug and alcohol statistics for the state, pre-prom/graduation initiatives and the high school youth group will be making a presentation. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. 10 a.m.

Kent County Water Authority meeting: The panel meets at 1072 Main Ave. in West Warwick. 3:30 p.m. Here’s the agenda.

Municipal Land Trust meeting: On the agenda (which you can read here) are updates on Boesch Farm improvements and a discussion of parking at the trust’s Hunt River property. In the conference room across from Council Chambers at Town Hall. 6:30 p.m.
