EG Farmers Market: This is the best time to visit the EG Farmers Market – tomatoes! apples! baked goods! ready to eat Pat’s Pastured burgers & sausages! seafood! corn! dahlias! and more! From 3 to 6 p.m. at Academy Field. Read more about the market here.

CCK Community Supper: Christ Community Kitchen is back – a community supper for anyone who’d like to share a meal with others. From 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Dining Room of St. Luke’s Church. Free, but donations are accepted.

EGHS Open House: If you’ve got a student at the high school, the open house starts at 6 tonight.

Tuesday, Sept. 30

Eldredge Open House: If your child’s a student at Eldredge, then head to the school for 6 p.m.

Halloween costume drive: The All Children Matter club at EGHS is holding a used Halloween costume drive, together with DCYF and Foster Foward. Bring your gently used costumes to the high school front entrance through Oct. 13. They are also collecting pajamas, coats and other winter items through Dec. 5. EG Basketball Association 2014-15 registration: Register by the end of September and fees will be the same as last year. On October 1st, a late fee of $25 will be added to each registration. Registration closes Friday, October 17th. To register, go to eghoops.com and click on the Registration tab.
