Monday, Aug. 18

Inspirational/Spiritual Book Club: Symposium Books, 1000 Division St., hosts this weekly book club at 10:30 a.m. Find out more here.

EG Farmers Market: The market is here every Monday afternoon into October. Support local! From 3 to 6 p.m. at Academy Field. Read more about it here.

Tuesday, Aug. 19

Route 2 closed: The state Department of Transportation is moving a new Route 95 bridge (known as the Barton Corner Bridge) into place and will be closing Route 2 between Division Street and East Greenwich Avenue from 10 p.m. Tuesday night through the Wednesday morning commute. Read more here.

Wednesday, Aug. 20

Middle Road Bridge to reopen: The state Department of Transportation said in announcement last week that the bridge over Route 4 will reopen today. 

Young Adult Book Club: Symposium Books, 1000 Division St., hosts the Young Adult Book Club, with discussion of Eleanor & Park, by Rainbow Rowell, Wednesday. 5 p.m.
