The East Greenwich Rotary Club’s sixth annual wine tasting event – Wine and Wonderful – returns to EG this year on May 2 after two years in North Kingstown. 

The event will take place at Swift Community Center next to Academy Field. According to organizer Jane Boynton, this year’s event will be more intimate than in past years, using tables that create an atmosphere more conducive to chatting with everyone.  

“It’s about people getting together in a great place, with great food, wine and beer, family and friends. There will be music, raffles and other opportunities for great prizes,” said Boynton.

Food will be provided by Siena, Besos, Pinelli’s, Chianti’s, Greenwich Bay Gourmet, Gregg’s, and Silver Spoon Bakery.
