East Greenwich Police are looking for two suspects in an arson attempt at 861 Frenchtown Road on Nov. 29.

A male suspect was captured on a surveillance camera on the property throwing accelerant onto the garage door. In the video, the suspect then ignited the accelerant and ran out of the view of the camera. The time was about 4:55 a.m.

The garage is an unattached double garage. The house is just west of South County Trail, behind the Flood Ford auto dealership. The occupants were away from Nov. 26 to Nov. 29 and reported the damaged garage door when they got home. At the time, the owner told police he thought the culprit knew the property but he did not name anyone.

If you have any information about the identity of this person or where they are, please contact the EGPD at (401) 886-8685, Detective Bryan McManus.
