Playoff Action: Softball Advances To Semis; Volleyball Falls In Final

EG fell to Tolman in the Division II state championship Wednesday night, 3-0, losing to the only team it couldn’t beat in the regular season. Tolman dominated the match, leading nearly continuously, but the games were close: 25-22, 25-19, and 25-19.

The Girls Softball team defeated St. Raphael’s 3-0, advancing to the semi-finals against either West Warwick or Exeter/West Greenwich Saturday at 3 p.m.
