Veronica “Ronnie” Gorman

Veronica “Ronnie” Gorman, 95, of East Greenwich, passed away Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015. Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Katherine (O’Rourke) Gorman.

Ms. Gorman was an executive secretary at CBC–Seabee Center, Davisville, for 35 years before retiring. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Church and was born in the same house she lived in for 90 years.

She is survived by a sister, Margaret G. Byrd of Talcott, West Virginia and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was the sister of the late Eleanor Crothers-Motthaw, Regina Clifford and Thomas F. Gorman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mercy Church, Third St., East Greenwich. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
