East Greenwich has the best snow plow drivers, and now the town can prove it. James Muto and Jason Higgins earned first place overall in the 2019 Rhode Island Public Works Association’s Snow Plow “Road-eo.” The two were commended at the Sept. 9 Town Council meeting. The state will send the pair to the national competition in Colorado this fall.
