For the second year in a row, Braylon O’Neill, son of Cole Middle School teacher Kelli O’Neill, starred in a Super Bowl commercial for Microsoft Sunday night.
Braylon, 6, was born without the bones that make up the lower leg – the tibia and the fibula. He got his first set of prostheses at 11 months old. Microsoft technology helped in the development of his prostheses.
Two years ago, students at Cole Middle School dedicated the annual Cole Mile to the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), an organization dedicated to providing sports opportunities for children and adults with physical challenges, including Braylon.
The O’Neills live in Cranston.
