EG Weekend: Fall Fest, ‘Night in City,’ Bye-Bye Daylight Savings

by | Oct 31, 2014

Saturday, Nov. 1

Fall Fest: The Village Lower School and Sweet Peas Village will be hosting the 9th annual Fall Fest on from 12 to 3 p.m. at 836 Middle Road. Come over for holiday shopping, hay rides, fall crafts, face painting, and a petting zoo. Open to the public.

‘A Night in the City’ @ Odeum: “A Night in the Story” brings the much anticipated return of Michael DiMucci, Phoebe Madden, Ritchee Price, and David Marshall to the Odeum with an entirely new show. The November 1st concert features a variety of musical selections that a visitor might experience in New York, “the city that never sleeps.”  The jazz club scene, torch songs in an intimate night club, the allure of grand opera at the met (think Pavarotti), and of course, the best of Broadway.   Add to the team Brandon Carrita and Philip Martorella on percussion and keyboard plus three young local singer/dancers Kayla Carcieri Cassidy, Holly Gerber George and Sophie Rodgers and you have three generations of talent on one stage.   Join us for “A Night in the City”, certain to be a highlight of the Odeum season.
