Bishop Pleads Not Guilty

by | Mar 23, 2014

Town Councilor Brad Bishop pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic simple assault and disorderly conduct in a formal arraignment at District Court Friday morning. He was arrested March 9 after an argument with his wife. A no-contact order put in place at the time of the arrest was vacated by Judge William Clifton at the request of the victim.

Bishop is due back in court Friday, March 28, for further hearing. He was represented Friday by lawyer Robert Mann. Bishop did not responded to a request for comment.
