The EGHS Girls Volleyball team beat Johnston 3 sets to 1 Monday night in Johnston. The D II girls improved to 11-2 overall. The Avengers came out strong in the first set, with a 25-13 over the Panthers. They had to work a little harder in the second set, finally beating Johnston 26-24. Johnston came back in the third set, with on the winning side of the same equation, 26-24, but EG took charge in the fourth set, winning 25-10.
