Avenger Magic Vanquishes Wizards, 41-14

EG came on strong again at tonight’s home-field football game against West Warwick. Winning the toss, it was no surprise that the Avengers elected to receive, scoring just a minute into the game. Avenger offense kept their foot on the gas, leaving the field at the half with a 34-7 lead. Defense was the name of the game in the second half, holding the Wizards to just one more touchdown resulting in a 41-14 win.

The team remains undefeated as they head into their last regular season game at Johnston HS this Friday, November 1st with a 6p scheduled kickoff. Fan’s should also mark their calendars for the annual Thanksgiving Game against Chariho, which will be on Carcieri Field at 10a on Thanksgiving day.
