Taken the Academic Calendar Survey Yet?

The school year starts before Labor Day and ends, some years anyway, in late June. Every year, there’s grousing – why before Labor Day? Why so late into June?

Well, now’s your chance – the School Committee wants to hear what YOU want in terms of the academic school year. Do you hate that school starts before Labor Day, or is that OK with you? Instead of February and April breaks, maybe just a week in March? Or, how about having school on Rosh Hashanah or Good Friday?
