Cole Cross Country Cleans Up at Recent Meet

The Cole Cross Country team ran well at the Ocean State Invitational Meet Friday, placing in four divisions and the 8th grade boys winning first place.

The Cole team, comprised of 68 runners, trained hard, according to Coach Julie Oh. “I am fortunate to have great runners!” she said.

Highlights of the meet: 

8th grade boys 1st place team award, out of 210 participants, including Michael Del Sesto (5th place) and Luke Wagner (10th). See photo, top.

8th grade girls earned 3rd place team, out of  168 participants, including Emma MacDonald (3rd place) and Kalie Bremer (11th), pictured below:

7th grade boys earned 4th place out of 259 participants, including Cody Therault, pictured below)

Ana Caliri 29th place

6th grade boys:  8th place (190 participants)

6th grade girls got the 2nd place team award out of 191 participants
